Policies
1. As
this is a wholesale site, please note that all sales
are final, there are no exceptions. You are
responsible for steaming dresses and making all the
appropriates prep work to sell your merchandise. The
items are prepacked in bags that are compressed to
save on shipping. We do not steam dresses for
you. The dresses are manufacturer direct.
2. Your order will
be double counted for accuracy.
3. Prices
shown are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change
without a prior notice.
4. In the event
that there is an error in your order, you must contact
us via email at rlwsales@cox.net.
A return authorization number will be issued in the
event of an error. Any package returned without
a return authorization number will be refused.
4. Security and
Privacy:
We at RLWCompany are committed to protecting your
privacy. We use the information we collect about you
solely to process orders. We do not sell, trade, or
rent your personal information to others. Your credit
card and personal information are treated with the
highest standards safety, security features, as well
as confidentiality. Orders placed on our site are
encrypted using SSL technology, so that your
transactions are protected with SSL implemented on
both the client and server. Therefore, information
sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive
privately and unaltered to our server only. You may
also send payment to us via telephone.
5.
Money order payments are to be received in our office
within 3 business days. We cannot hold inventory
pass three days. There are no
c.o.d's.
